Process Model
Our
process model is divided into three swim lanes that represent the three
different groups associated with our project (Kroenke, 2014, p. 27). It starts
with our team interviewing Parkhurst and in order to do that we must set up a
meeting. After the meeting with Parkhurst, they inform us that the want us to
create some surveys, so we make one. We then submit the survey to Parkhurst,
where they decide to approve or reject it. If they reject it, we repeat the
process until they approve it. Once approved, we then introduce the survey to
the student body, who then takes the survey and all results remain in a
repository until the responses are reviewed by Parkhurst (Kroenke, 2014, p. 27).
If survey indicates that people dislike Parkhurst, the process must start over
until all problems are fixed. If the survey indicates that the student body is satisfied,
then the process can stop and is complete.
