We made two overall improvements to the prototype. The first one was a technical error. We were asking if a user had problems with the meal types. It originally the survey said no if respond and we changed it to say if yes explain the problems that are occurring. The second change that we made was to add a section at the bottom to add a name for a prize. This is a great way to get people to take our survey while at the same time being able to reward people for their time spent. We also used google sheets as a way to get reports instantly from people so Parkhurst can make the best decisions in the quickest time possible.
